Objective of the Event: The objective of the workshop was to give an understanding of the legal framework surrounding cybercrimes, including relevant laws and regulations to the students and equipping them with practical skills to detect, mitigate, and report cybercrimes effectively.

Maharishi Law School and Maharishi School of Data Science in coordination with IQAC, Noida organized a workshop on "Cyber Crime" to provide participants with comprehensive insights into the landscape of cybercrime, its implications, preventive measures, and legal aspects. Held from 5th August to 12th August 2020, the workshop brought together experts from legal and technological domains to share their knowledge and experiences.

The workshop commenced with an inaugural address by the organizers, emphasizing the growing importance of cybercrime awareness in modern society. Real-life case studies were presented to illustrate the impact and consequences of cybercrimes. Participants were encouraged to analyze these cases and propose preventive measures.

The event was a resounding success, drawing active participation from students eager to delve into the complexities of cybercrime.
