Objective of the Event: Maharishi Law School, in coordination with IQAC, organized a webinar focusing on "E-document, E-Contract, and Digital Signature: Authentication, Integrity, and Non-repudiation." The webinar aimed to explore the legal and technical aspects of electronic documents, contracts, and digital signatures, emphasizing their role in ensuring authentication, integrity, and non-repudiation in the digital realm.
The webinar was addressed by Shri Anuj Agarwal as the esteemed Chief Guest. Shri Agarwal is the Chairman of the Centre for Research on Cyber Crime and Cyber Law and a Member of the Data Security Council of India (NASSCOM), Delhi Chapter. He is also a renowned speaker on Rajya Sabha TV and Doordarshan, with extensive expertise in cybersecurity and legal aspects of digital transactions.
