Objective of the Visit
The objective of the visit was to provide students with practical exposure to the manufacturing and quality assurance processes of Ayurvedic products. It aimed to help them understand the integration of traditional Ayurvedic principles with modern production technologies, quality standards, and research practices. The visit also sought to familiarise students with the company’s product range, research and development activities, and potential opportunities for academic–industry collaboration.
Introduction
On 20 February 2026, students of B.Sc. Ayurveda Diet visited Maharishi Ayurveda Products Pvt. Ltd. in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The purpose of the visit was to gain insights into the operations, manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and product offerings of one of the leading companies in the field of Ayurvedic healthcare and wellness.
Highlights of the Visit
The team arrived at Maharishi Ayurveda at 11:00 AM and was warmly welcomed by the company representatives. An introductory session was conducted by Mr. Manish Bhardwaj, who provided an overview of the company’s history, mission, and core values. The students were then guided through the manufacturing facility, where they observed various stages of production.
Product Showcase
An exhibition of the company’s product range was organised, featuring categories such as dietary supplements, personal care products, herbal teas, and wellness products. Students interacted with product managers and learned about the benefits and unique features of different products, including Chyawanprash, Amla Juice, Gulkand, and Amrit Kalash.
