Objective of the Visit: This report summarizes the industrial visit to CodeSquadz, a professional IT training and skill development organization located in Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. CodeSquadz is known for providing industry-oriented training in advanced software technologies and preparing students for careers in the IT industry. The visit aimed to provide students with practical exposure to the working environment of an IT training organization, to understand industry-relevant technologies, and to gain insights into skill development, career opportunities, and placement support.
Participating Students: A total of 48 students from BBA 2nd Semester participated in the visit. An industrial visit to "CodeSquadz, Noida" was successfully organized by Maharishi School of Business Management on Tuesday, 10th February 2026. The students visited CodeSquadz to gain practical insights into IT training systems and software development practices. The group, accompanied by Dr. Shruti Srivastava (Assistant Professor) and Ms. Archita Dwivedi (Assistant Professor) of MSOBM, departed from MUIT at 10:45 AM and reached CodeSquadz by 11:36 AM. Upon arrival, students were welcomed by the Training Coordinator and senior technical trainers, who provided an overview of the company's mission, vision, training approach, and industry collaborations.

About the Company: CodeSquadz is a professional IT training and software development company located in Sector 63, Noida. It offers industry-oriented training in technologies such as Java and Python Programming, Data Science and Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, MERN and MEAN Stack Development, Software Testing, and Web Development. The institute focuses on practical exposure, live projects, and career-oriented skill enhancement.
Training and Development Process: During the visit, the trainers explained the structured training methodology adopted at CodeSquadz. The programs are designed to combine theoretical understanding with hands-on coding practice. Students are engaged in live projects, case studies, and real-world problem-solving tasks to strengthen their technical foundation. Regular assessments, mock interviews, and career preparation sessions are conducted to ensure that students become job-ready professionals.
Technology and Tools Used: CodeSquadz utilizes modern development tools and platforms to provide practical exposure to students. These include Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ IDEA, Git and GitHub for version control, various Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn, and database management systems. Placement and Career Support: The institute provides dedicated placement assistance and career guidance to students. Services include resume-building workshops, interview preparation sessions, internship opportunities, and industry tie-ups. Some key topics covered were: what are the emerging career opportunities in AI and Data Science; how does CodeSquadz ensure an industry-aligned curriculum; what technical skills are most in demand at IT companies; how important are internships for IT career growth; what soft skills are required alongside technical knowledge; and what certifications add value in the IT industry. The session was highly interactive and gave students practical exposure to IT industry expectations and professional standards.
