Introduction

The NHRD Delhi–NCR Chapter HR Leaders’ Huddle, supported by Maharishi University of Information Technology (MUIT), was successfully held on 21st January 2026 at Radisson Blu Plaza, Delhi. The event brought together more than 150 senior HR leaders and professionals from diverse industries, creating a powerful platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and industry–academia collaboration.

Participation and Representation

The University was represented by Mr. Ritesh Gupta, Director- Corporate Affairs, Mr. Vijay Biswas and Mr. Amit Jha representing Team MIRC, participated on behalf of the MUIT and actively engaged with industry leaders during the networking and discussion sessions.

The event was graced by Guest of Honor Lt. Gen. JP Nehra & Atul Kumar Tiwari, IAS along with other eminent HR leaders and speakers from leading organizations. The speakers shared valuable insights on emerging workforce trends, leadership challenges, and the evolving role of HR in nation-building.

The central theme of the HR Leaders’ Huddle focused on collaboration, upskilling, and reskilling of the young generation, emphasizing their effective deployment to meet future industry and national needs.
