Maharishi Law School organized a Fresher Party to formally welcome the newly admitted students and help them integrate smoothly into the academic and social environment of the department. The event aimed to promote interaction between freshers and seniors, reduce initial hesitation, and foster a sense of unity and belonging. It began with a warm welcome address by senior students, followed by an introduction session that encouraged the newcomers to participate confidently and express themselves.
A key highlight of the programme was the Mr. Fresher and Ms. Fresher selection round, conducted under the guidance of the faculty members of the Law Department. The faculty asked thought-provoking questions to assess the participants’ communication skills, confidence, presence of mind, and basic awareness. Their involvement ensured a fair and transparent evaluation process. The freshers actively participated in the round, demonstrating their talent, clarity of thought, and enthusiasm. The cultural segment of the event included lively dance performances by both seniors and freshers, which added vibrancy and excitement to the celebration. The performances not only showcased the students’ talents but also strengthened the bond between the two groups. The atmosphere throughout the programme remained energetic and encouraging. After careful assessment, Kushagra Pandey was declared Mr. Fresher, and Satakshi was awarded the title of Ms. Fresher, both earning appreciation for their confidence, personality, and positive attitude. The winners were congratulated by the faculty and their peers, marking a memorable moment for the newly inducted batch.
