The prestigious HR Conclave at MUIT Noida brought together eminent industry leaders, academicians, and aspiring students to explore the revolutionary influence of Artificial Intelligence in the domains of marketing and human resource management. The event served as an interactive platform for thought-provoking discussions and valuable insights, aligning academia with evolving industry trends. We were honored to host 9 esteemed panelists and welcome 42 passionate delegates at the HR Conclave.

The event commenced with a welcome address delivered by Mr. Manish Tiwari, Head of Training and Placement. This was followed by the traditional Guru Puja to seek blessings of Gurudev, marking an auspicious start. Dr. Trapty Agarwal, Dean Academics, then delivered a keynote address. The event was energetically hosted by Mr. Amit Jha and Ms. Chesta, with overall coordination seamlessly managed by Mr. Manish Tiwari, Mr. Amit Jha, Ms. Kumkum, and Mr. Animesh. The panel discussions were well-moderated by Mr. Gaurav Thakur, Deputy Dean, SoC.

The event concluded with Words of Wisdom from the Hon’ble Director General, Group Captain O. P. Sharma, who appreciated the collaborative efforts and thought leadership demonstrated throughout the day. The Hon’ble Chancellor, Shri. Ajay Prakash Shrivastava, extended his blessings and encouraged students to innovate and adapt in a rapidly evolving digital era. The event came to a graceful end with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Smita Mishra, Deputy Dean Academics, who acknowledged the valuable contributions of all guests, organizers, and participants.

The HR Conclave at MUIT Noida proved to be a knowledge-rich, future-oriented event that inspired both students and professionals to embrace Artificial Intelligence as a key enabler in shaping the future of business.
