DETAILED GUIDELINES / INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PARTICIPANTS

 

 

All team members are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review the complete guidelines to ensure active participation in the event.

 

Registration

Each team must have a minimum of 02 members and a maximum of 04 members, including the team leader. All team members must be from the same institution.

Teams may have one faculty mentor from their parent institute, but he/she will not be permitted to enter in the competition room.

After the registration, student teams will not be allowed to add or delete any new participants in the team.

Last date of Registration: 25th March, 2025.

Teams to select most appropriate track and prepare structured idea document(s) for presentation and submission.

 

Evaluation-Process

 

 

 

Round 1: (28th March 2025)

 

 

Teams must report by 09:00 a.m. on 28th March 2025 at Maharishi University of Information Technology, Noida Campus.

 

The round will last for 6 hours, after which teams will be evaluated based on their performance.

Judges will assess teams and corresponding scores will be calculated based on a predefined rubric.

All participants must bring the necessary tools/software/setups etc. for on-site work.

Teams that do not qualify for Round 2 will receive participation certificates before leaving.

Each team will provide the solution of the problem statement in PPT of maximum 5 slides. The composition of these slides will be-  

First slide–Team Name, Name of team Leader, Name of team members & Institution Name/Affiliation.

Second slide– Problem Statement, Idea description

Third Slide- Solution, Prototype, and description of the technology used.

Fourth slide– Description of the Use Cases/Applicability.

Any additional relevant information about the proposed solution.

 

Round 2: (29th March, 2025)

 

Only the top-performing teams from Round 1 will advance to Round 2.

Selected teams will be allowed to stay overnight on campus to refine and complete their projects.

The Winner and Runner-up teams will be determined based on final evaluations.

Prize details are as follows-

  • Winner Team: Rs 30,000/- + Winner Certificate
  • Runner-up Team: Rs 20,000/- + First Runner-up Certificate
