Introduction:
The Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum is a public biographical museum located on the Raisina Hill in New Delhi dedicated to the presidents of India from its creation as a republic until the present day. Pranab Mukherjee, the then-President of India, founded it on July 25, 2014. As India's first subterranean museum, it opened to the public on July 24, 2016. The museum has three storeys and is located within the 96-year-old Rashtrapati Bhavan complex. The museum complex was separated into three museums: the Stables Museum, erected in the first phase; the Garage Museum, built in the second phase; and the Clock Tower, which was renovated before the museum was available to the public. It was India's only subterranean museum when it was under development. On January 28, 2025, Maharishi Law School, MUIT Noida, in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), organized a visit to the prestigious Rashtrapati Bhawan Museum in Delhi. This visit offered students and faculty members an enriching opportunity to explore the history, legacy, and architectural grandeur of one of India’s most iconic landmarks. The museum showcased a vivid portrayal of India’s political heritage, the life of past Presidents, and significant milestones in the nation’s history. The interactive exhibits and historical artifacts provided a deeper understanding of India's democratic journey and cultural richness. A group of 50 students, accompanied by faculty in charge Mr. Ketan Kumar (Assistant Professor) and Ms. Riya Koul (Assistant Professor), participated in the visit. This educational initiative aimed to inspire the students with the ideals of leadership and service while fostering a sense of pride in the nation's heritage.
