“Zenith 2024”- A Fresher’s Party

Objective of the Event: The aim of the Fresher's Party is to build lasting relationships among students, warmly welcome newcomers, and foster their creative impulses to boost their confidence.

Participating Students: The event was organized by second-year B. Pharm students for the first-year B. Pharm students.

The Fresher's Party for the academic year 2024-2028 took place on August 28, 2024, at the Auditorium of Maharishi University of Information Technology, Noida campus. Hosted by the senior students of B. Pharm (2nd Year) of Maharishi School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, the event, themed “Zenith 2024,” was an enthusiastic and exciting welcome for the new batch.

The celebration began at 11:00 AM with a Guru Pooja by respected dignitaries. Freshmen were warmly greeted with a "Tilak" and received a hearty round of applause as they settled in.

The day featured various cultural performances that highlighted the students' diverse talents:

Dance Performances: Both freshmen and seniors delivered vibrant and energetic performances, blending traditional and modern dance forms.

Singing Performances: Singers from both batches impressed the audience with their melodious voices, performing popular songs and classical pieces.

Games and Interaction: To foster interaction between seniors and freshmen, a series of engaging games were held, including blindfold challenges, tongue twisters, and a fashion show. The Fashion Show, in particular, stood out as freshmen showcased their style and confidence on the ramp.

Mr. and Ms. Fresher: The selection of Mr. and Ms. Fresher was a highlight, with Deepak and Anushree Golui receiving the titles after a talent round, Q&A, and ramp walk. They were awarded sashes, crowns, and gifts to cheers from the audience.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Shweta Bajaj, Dean of the Maharishi School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, followed by a lively DJ session that had everyone on the dance floor.

Fresher’s party is all about creating everlasting relationships with each other. The event is an indication of union among the students.

Pulsating ambience, flashing lights and foot-tapping music, set the mood of the party right. The excitement augmented to a joyful high as performances graced the stage. The dance floor was left open for some unbridled energy. Joy and happiness could be seen among students providing a great opportunity for newcomers to bond with their seniors and experience the vibrant student life at Maharishi University of Information Technology, Noida.
