Objective of the Event: The objective of the Orientation Programme was to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere that welcomes new students to the Maharishi Law School community, fostering a sense of belonging and connection from the outset and to acquaint students with the faculty members, administrative staff, and support personnel who will play crucial roles in their academic journey, thereby facilitating early rapport and communication channels.

The Orientation Programme held on August 22nd, 2022, by Maharishi Law School marked the beginning of a new academic year. This event served as a platform to welcome the incoming students and introduce them to the academic environment, faculty members, facilities, and various opportunities available at the institution.

The programme commenced with a warm welcome address by the Dean of Maharishi Law School, emphasizing the importance of the orientation and the journey that lies ahead for the incoming students.

Faculty members from diverse backgrounds were introduced, showcasing the expertise and experience they bring to the institution. This allowed students to familiarize themselves with the academic staff who will guide them throughout their education. A detailed overview of the academic structure and curriculum was provided, highlighting the various courses, elective options, and academic requirements. This helped students gain clarity on their academic journey and set their expectations accordingly. A guided tour of the campus facilities was organized, allowing students to explore the library, classrooms, laboratories, moot courtrooms, and other resources available for academic and extracurricular activities.

An overview of campus life, including accommodation options, sports facilities, cultural events, and student organizations, was provided to help students integrate into the vibrant campus community. Each student received an orientation handbook containing essential information about the institution, academic policies, support services, and contact details for reference throughout the academic year.
