Objective of the Guest Lecture: The guest lecture on “Latest Development and Scope of Research in Banking Law” provided valuable insights into the ever-evolving landscape of banking law. Eminent speakers shared their expertise, emphasizing recent trends, challenges, and research opportunities in this dynamic field. The distinguished speaker "Prof. (Dr.) Ritu Gupta Professor of Law at National Law University, Delhi" shared his expertise, emphasizing the significance of Banking Law and the vast scope for research in this domain.
The session was attended by all the students of BA LLB, BBA LLB, and LLB of the School of Law. The aim was to conduct a guest lecture among the scholars and to disseminate information on the topic of “Latest Development and Scope of Research in Banking Law”. This guest lecture commenced with an exploration of innovative technologies shaping the banking sector. Topics included blockchain, fintech, digital currencies, and open banking. Special Thanks to guest speaker Prof. (Dr.) Ritu Gupta Professor of Law at National Law University, Delhi for delivering such a wonderful lecture.
Dr. K. B. Asthana, Dean, MLS welcomed and facilitated the speaker with a virtual memento. The session was chaired by Prof.(Dr.) Mithilesh Vishwakarma, Dr. K.B . Asthana, Dean, MLS, and Dr. Annu Bahl Mehra, Deputy Dean, MLS.
