Objective of Shodh Charcha Law Lecture Series-02: Shodh Charcha Law Lecture Series-02 on the "Scope of Forensic Document Examination" was conducted to emphasize the importance of forensic documentation in contemporary contexts and to deepen participants' understanding of this field. The session aimed to facilitate lively discussions, encourage critical thinking, and foster a collaborative learning environment among attendees.

Shodh Charcha Law Lecture Series 02 on the topic of “Scope of Forensic Document Examination” was organized by Maharishi Law School in coordination with IQAC. The session was addressed by Prof. J.K. Semwal, Professor of National Forensic Science University, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. The event was facilitated by Prof. (Dr.) K.B. Asthana, Dean of MLS, Ms. Saumya Shukla (Assistant Professor), Ms. Riya Koul (Assistant Professor), and moderated by LB Kiran, a student of LL.B. 1st year.

The session commenced with an introduction to the importance of forensic document examination in various legal and investigative aspects. Prof. J. K. Semwal shared his expertise, highlighting the evolving nature of forensic documentation and its role in modern forensic science.

Throughout the session, participants actively engaged in discussions, sharing perspectives, and posing insightful questions. Faculty members, drawing from their expertise, enriched the discourse with real-world examples and practical insights, enhancing participants' understanding of forensic document examination.

The session concluded with an engaging quiz conducted via Google Forms, allowing participants to apply their new-found knowledge.
