Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Intra-Moot Court Competition

Objective of the Event: Maharishi Law School, in coordination with IQAC, organized the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Intra-Moot Court Competition. The competition provided students with an opportunity to hone their advocacy skills, engage in simulated courtroom proceedings, and gain practical experience in legal argumentation and analysis. The primary objective of the intra-moot court competition was to simulate real-life legal scenarios and provide students with a platform to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations. By participating in the competition, students were expected to enhance their research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills, thereby preparing them for future moot court competitions and legal practice.
Mr. Vikas Kumar, a renowned legal expert and esteemed Chief Guest for the event, graced the occasion with his presence. As a seasoned advocate with extensive experience in litigation, Mr. Kumar provided valuable insights and guidance to the participants. His presence added prestige to the competition and inspired students to strive for excellence in their advocacy skills.
The Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Intra-Moot Court Competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of Maharishi Law School. The competition was structured to emulate the format of moot court proceedings, with teams presenting oral arguments before a panel of judges comprising faculty members and legal practitioners.
The event provided students with a valuable opportunity to sharpen their advocacy skills, engage in legal analysis, and gain practical experience in moot court proceedings. Through participation in the competition, students deepened their understanding of legal practice and furthered their professional development as future legal professionals.
