Objective of the Event: On 5th Jan 2021, Maharishi law school organized Guest Lecture on “Background & Significance of Fundamental Duties” by Prof  Satya  Prakash , Former Dean of  Faculty of  Law as well as  Director ,Institute of Legal Studies , CCS University Campus Meerut  . It was an enlightening and knowledgeable session for all the students.  Our esteemed guest with more than 40 years of expertise in teaching law shared his in depth knowledge and experience of Constitutional law with our Students.

Purpose of the Event: The purpose of the Guest lecture was to educate all Under Graduate and Post Graduate law students about all the important aspects of Fundamental duties. The lecture focuses primarily on how Constitution balances citizens’ rights and duties. These are social concepts that have grown through time, tradition and usage.

The lecture was anchored by Ms. Srishti Pandey (Assistant Professor). Deputy Dean of MLS, Dr. Annu Mehra welcomed our esteemed guest and also gave brief introduction of the topic. Students attended the lecture in good numbers and made session interactive by asking questions.

The event was concluded by vote of thanks by Dr. K B Asthana, Dean MLS to everyone who was the part of this event and turned this into spectacular one.
