Objective of the Event: The workshop aimed to equip law students with the essential skills and techniques required to draft effective moot court memorials, thereby enhancing their advocacy and research capabilities. The workshop was structured to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of moot memorial drafting through a combination of expert guidance, practical exercises, and interactive sessions.

Maharishi Law School hosted a workshop on the Drafting of Moot Memorials on November 19, 2022, featuring esteemed guest speaker Mr. Siddharth Agarwal. He delivered a keynote address, providing an overview of moot court advocacy and its relevance in legal education and professional development. Participants received guidance on the essential elements of moot memorials, including format, structure, content, and citation techniques. Mr. Agarwal shared valuable tips for crafting persuasive arguments and presenting them effectively in written submissions. Participants engaged in case analysis exercises, wherein they examined hypothetical case scenarios and identified key legal issues. Mr. Agarwal facilitated discussions on effective strategies for analyzing cases and formulating legal arguments. The workshop concluded with a question-and-answer session, allowing participants to seek clarification on specific aspects of moot memorial drafting and receive insights from Mr. Agarwal's expertise.
