Objective of Shodh Charcha Law Lecture Series-03: Objective of Shodh Charcha Law Lecture Series-03: The primary goal of the Shodh Charcha Law Lecture 03 was to raise awareness about the significance of composing a complaint and comprehending each stage or procedure involved in its drafting. Its purpose was to educate students on the crucial components and the importance of considering various factors necessary for accurately drafting any complaint, thereby enhancing its likelihood of achieving its intended purpose.
Shodh Charcha Law Lecture 03 was organized by Maharishi Law School. The session was addressed by Mr. Siddharth Agarwal, Delhi High Court (Advocate). The event was facilitated by Prof. (Dr.) K.B. Asthana Dean, MLS, Ms. Saumya Shukla (Assistant Professor), Ms. Riya Koul (Assistant Professor), and moderated by student LB Kiran (LL.B. 1st year).
The session commenced with an in-depth exploration of the process and importance of drafting a complaint in legal proceedings. Mr. Agarwal provided a thorough analysis of the essentials of plaint drafting, underscoring the necessity of compliance with legal provisions and emphasizing its critical role in every legal case.
