Objective of the Shodh Charcha Law Lecture series-01: Objective of the Shodh Charcha Law Lecture Series 01: The purpose of Shodh Charcha Law Lecture 01 was to gather on a virtual platform and actively engage in conversations regarding the essential aspects and practices of the legal field.

The inaugural session of the Shodh Charcha Law Lecture Series-01 commenced on March 23rd, 2024, coinciding with the celebration of Holi. Organized by MLS, Noida Campus, the event aimed to cultivate an environment conducive to research and discussion, emphasizing the foundational principles of law.

Despite the unanticipated absence of the scheduled keynote speaker, Mr. Vivek Verma, Supreme Court Advocate, due to technical constraints, the session seamlessly transitioned under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) K.B. Asthana, Dean MLS. He delivered a succinct lecture on "Law and its Perspectives," effectively maintaining the momentum of the event.

The participation of students from various academic institutions added depth to the discussions, reflecting a collective eagerness to engage in scholarly dialogue. The proceedings commenced with a customary Guru Vandana ceremony, setting a respectful tone for the session.

Following Prof. (Dr.) Asthana's lecture, an interactive Q&A session provided students with valuable insights into navigating their advocacy careers. To further enhance engagement, a quiz competition was conducted, encouraging active participation and knowledge retention among attendees.

The success of the Shodh Charcha Law Lecture Series-01 was evident in the overwhelmingly positive feedback received, attesting to the event's significance in fostering intellectual discourse within the legal community. The collaborative efforts, led by Prof. (Dr.) K.B. Asthana Dean MLS, Ms. Saumya Shukla (Assistant Professor), Ms. Riya Koul (Assistant Professor), LB Kiran, a student of the LL.B. 1st year, and the enthusiastic participation of students, underscored the event's triumph.
