OBJECTIVE AND DESCRIPTION

This 5 year integrated programme is aimed at creating lawyers who are equipped to work in the numerous emerging fields that integrate corporate frameworks, management practice, entrepreneurial fields and law. Subject areas will include Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Plus International Business and Corporate Laws in the fields of Banking, Corporate Governance, Investment, Competition, Insurance and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Admissions to the LLM program are done with the candidate securing a minimum of 50% marks in their LL.B or any equivalent degree.
